Yeah I highly doubt anyone can sell you btc for paypal here, since you use LBTC and Paxful why don't you buy there from the people selling it there?

Figure I'd give it a shot here. Vendors on those exchanges only deal with very small quantities of BTC when selling through Paypal.

Show me a single seller who is selling btc 1:1 paypal on those sites .

I don't think anyone will be willing to sell you 1btc via paypal here. It's a huge risk plus most members will be uncomfortable because you are a newbie without any trade history and PayPal is reversible.
