I don't think that bitcoin will reach $100000 this 2018.  It is very unstable although it has been accepted in a wide range of network.  The rapid change or growth that it has today can go down too if it could not protect itself from unrecognized transactions that could harm the bitcoin fungibility .  The history of the past has a lesson too.  There are always a possibility for its demeanor while other crypt  are getting a stronghold to be recognize as a digital exchange in the banking institution.

Well, if you think about how we all felt about a $10,000 Bitcoin by end of 2017, we'd remember how unlikely that looked. And yet here we are at over x15 price growth. So, I don't know how to feel about a $100,000 Bitcoin by end of 2018, as it will "only" be a x8 growth. Possible? Yes of course. Likely? Unfortunately I have to say no. But I won't be too upset if I'm proven wrong!

Scaling issue, by the way, is not a problem. Somehow, I think all this congestion and raising fees have shown how much in demand Bitcoin is, and somehow even is partially responsible for the price coming up so high.

The last time Bitcoin crashed it was December 2013. It could happen again. This time it could drop as low as 5000 dollars. But who knows.

Its possible. The average daily growth over the last 8 years has been 0.52%. That will probably slow down but if it stays positive, the price will easily reach that number.

If considering from present price its 6 times it has to multiply to reach that $100000 in 1 year of time. Practically can it rise with the base of 16k to 100k in 1 year time. For me its not possible unless the whole world come together and make it a global tender. Infact on other side the countries may ban this and as a result the drop may come in place.

I think possible it's not difficult challenge for BTC.This is dreamy currency for me.In 2018 i hope Bitcoin will be pump $40,000+ it's just my opinion.
Now BTC investment is good future earning way.

yes, that's true it's already happend.BTC big increasing in this year specially previous 2 months.290K$ is such a big i think it's not possible in 2018.

Actulaly we surpassed the price of 10,000 usd and now the price is around 16,000usd. Probably price of bitcoin soon will materiralize and people engaging  bitcoin will be rich.

that would be $80k+ jump from where it is now. Not saying it's not possible but I think it would be under $50k based on pure speculation and past statistic. Bitcoin future is raising in price. I don't know how far that would go and whether it would end up gaining more investors.

Just wait for ETFs and Bitcoin will hit 25-30K instant. Also the costs to generate one Bitcoin will be 300.000$+/per Bitcoin in 2022. Bitcoin needs to raise a lot to be profitable to mine or it will die in 2022.
