Transaction problems

I would like to ask help for a problem I ran in to:

I wanted to transfer al my bitcoins (0.09) from my Blockchain Wallet to my new Bitcoin Wallet.
In the Blockchain Wallet Transfer section I can see the following information: Transaction confirmed, Value when Sent: €0.00, Transaction Fee 0.00064636 BTC.
Keep in mind that I transferred al my 0.09.. bitcoins at once. It says now it transferred 0 bitcoins succesfully.

When I go to the transfer details (https://blockchain.info/nl/tx/673cecc78c4bcdf215750c51dc707a4af242054ba360e251178b5f0efffe660b)
I see totally random information like the 0.04 bitcoin received and so on. How?! Where is this value coming from?

As long as my bitcoins do not disappear, Id be happy, but the thing is that I did pay a transaction fee for this zero-bitcoin transaction!

The destination wallet is still empty. (its been more then 4 hours ago now)

Weird if you transfer 0.09 btc your transaction should be 0.09 btc not  0.04622898 btc i think this is glitch..
Did you receive the 0.09 in destination bitcoin address? The fee is 0.00064636 btc we can't say its zero bitcoin transaction. Because there is miners fee..
If not maybe its bug or glitch better to contact blockchain support about your problem so that they can troubleshoot if what exactly the problem of your transaction.

I don't think if this still be problem if you receive your bitcoin already then you don't need to contact them because this transaction almost 29 confirmation.

what is your new wallet? what is the receiving address in that wallet?
we can't see your total balance in your bc.info as you may hold bitcoin in many addresses
but I can say for sure you still have 0.016825 BTC balance left over in 1CVKSzhEq...

if 1D4Tj2F99... is not your address then you've sent to the wrong address

you're not explaining yourself clearly, I'm confused what is what on this matter
1. what is your new wallet? what is the receiving address in that wallet?
2. 1D4Tj2F99... is this address exist in any of your wallet bc.info or new wallet?
3. in which address you see this 0.09 you spoke of?

This is why it is so weird. I entered 0.09 btc to transfer from my old wallet (1CVK...) to my new wallet (1D4Tj...). The btc never arrived in my new wallet. But when I look at my transaction history in my old wallet, and click on this transaction that I made, I see this 0.04 showing up and saying it is transferred to my new wallet. But its not. The btc never left my old wallet nor does my new wallet contain btc. So the transaction info is wrong. The weirdest thing however, is the fact that I did pay this transaction fee. I am not a btc pro, but I do know something has terribly gone wrong. My trust in this whole bitcoin system has hit an all-time low. It is not about the 20 euros worth of btc that I lost, but how this is even possible.

Note; Im really sure the address of the new wallet is the right one.

as he said, you can see clearly on block explorer Total Received 0.06370034 BTC

check again your bc.info wallet addresses and if possible give us screenshot to figure it out
check also your transaction history, count manually incoming and outgoing bitcoin amount transacted
sometimes a simple screenshot explains a lot more than a full paragraph of words
and so far you haven't answered any of my questions about wallets, addresses and that 0.09 balance
