The confirmation of the payment is more then 24 hours delayed

Ok, I buy some bitcoin from an atm machine yestarday, 24 hours ago, and I keep getting this message: "the confirmation of the payment is delayed, likely due to an overload of the Bitcoin network". So this is the first time when I but bitcoin and my money are completed blocked.

Please ler me know how to resolve this.

There you can see what the recommended transaction fee which is currently around 360 satoshi/byte, which is the most it has ever been since I started checking. The network is basically completely congested right now. Unless you have some urgent business you need to transact Bitcoin for, I would just let the coins sit where they currently are. Problems like this are supposed to be resolved when the Lightning Network gets fully released live. To see the current status of the mempool you can check out this page: https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/. As you can see, you have to scroll down before even being able to see most of the transactions.

Do you have the transaction id?  What brand of ATM did you use?  If the particular ATM is using fees that are too low, it will help others avoid using them.

 At 2 of them I chouse the option to pay a fee in order to made the confirmation faster, and I get this status for them:
 "This transaction raises the network fee for a previous payment" but when I go to transaction id's for this 2 I get: "Transaction not found"

 The problem is geting so frustrating because I chouse btc in order to make a transaction faster then normal, but this problem block me for 3 days already and I dont know how long will take to be resolved.

 The ARM is Robocoin.

It could take some time. Unconfirmed transactions deleted from the network within few weeks. Or until they get confirmed. Maybe your transactions were bad broadcasted to miners or something like that. You can only wait now.
Also, as i see you tried to spent output from unconfirmed transaction. You must wait until the genesis transaction get confirmed.

I just checked and it seems like you are right. That is most likely because Blockchain.info's node dropped the transaction since it did not get confirmed in such a long time. I am surprised this is the case, as this transaction has a fairly decent transaction fee that should not last all that long to get confirmed. Since OP is not the creator of this transaction (but rather, the receiver), it is impossible for him to do anything other than pay separately to a miner to get the transaction through. If he does want to pay a miner, he should look for a pool's transaction accelerator that accepts payment or tips to accelerate and this will most probably ensure that the transaction makes it through in no more than a few hours. I advise you contact the ATM manager.

I have seen that your transaction fee is not bad and there isn't any other problem but still your transaction is delayed, probably it could be just because of the network congestion. Wait for some more time hope so your transaction will be processed when the load over network will get a bit lower, or try the transaction accelerator services like ViaBTC and also many more offering on this forum.
