Do you mean the tokens not based on ethereum or any other existing blockchain such as neo waves or nxt? I am myself looking at a promising ICO to invest my money. I think eidoo did pretty well. They were able to raise a huge amount of money and are a really good option to hold for the long term. Apart from eidoo, there is Byteball that is also a good campaign and can be seem for long term since that too is not based on ETH.
