Hi there, I heard BTC will have several times hard fork during this month,
Do you guys know how to get new coins?
Could I get new coins when I put my BTCs in the Bitfinex market?
Thank you very much.

If you have control over your private keys, you will be able to export them into the fork's reference client, which should be available with a fairly stable release. It might be a good idea to send your BTC somewhere safe before exporting the keys, because their wallets may be unstable or infected with malware like BTG's client was. Could I get new coins when I put my BTCs in the Bitfinex market?
You'll have to read Bitfinex's statements about each fork to see if they intend to credit your account.

Most probably trusted exchanges such as Bitfinex will give you the coins. But it's better to move your coins to a wallet which you can control your private keys. In this way, your coins are safe and you can access them easily.

Sometimes exchanges will give you the forked coins sometime later, often they don't bother. Best to keep control with your own wallet.

Yes there are more BTC hard fork coming and it begins I think this 12th of December and it's SuperBitcoin I supposed. I don't know the exact date of it but many forks will be made this December. I don't advice that you could keep your BTC's on an exchange because some of them don't give your free coins bu somehow in Bittrex I experienced on the first hardfork I received BCH after a day or two before the fork. I advice you now keep your coins on your own cold storage wallets or somewhere safe.

Any wallet that gives access to your private keys should be fine, that is any other wallet than an exchange wallet. I would personally suggest electrum for desktop, mycelium for mobile devices and lastly blockchain.info wallet if you are not looking to hold the coins for long then blockchain.info should do the work of taking the forked coins.

With these forks coming up, it's another reason to hold your nerve and not sell your BTC this month.
Once your BTC is sold you will no longer benefit from forks, and that could cost you in the long run.

well for me i find it easier to partially store my bitcoins on a trusted online exchanges that supports these forked coins (yobit for example) because it is then automatically adds up to your account balance and you wont do anything complicated like importing or exporting your private keys blah blah blah etc.. some bitcoin faucets are also supporting these hardfork and one of them is freebitco.in, i actually use and tried this one and i succesfully recieved my free forked coins equivalent to my current bitcoin balance on my account.

there currently are two kinds of new coins created out of bitcoin:
1. those that were actually created like bitcoin gold (BTG) and bitcoin cash (BCH). and have an actual project and wallet and everything. for these you just have to go to their website and choose a wallet. most of them can be claimed using coinomi wallet.
2. those that were not created! like bitcoin liza, SegWit2x, ... these are more like airdrops that the only way to claim them was to have your bitcoin on an exchange that distributed them like yobit! and dump them as soon as you receive them. or wait a couple of months until they are created and then claim them like #1. but some may never exist like SegWit2x.
