In my opinion I think it would take half a year to take it to 50k$ next year, bitcoin is rapidly increase its price in the sense that no one can predict its price how it will go, for now all we can do is to invest in it because of its promising increase of price.

My speculations will reach up to $20k , well it will depends upon the investors of the bitcoin around the world. Bitcoin is really amazing on its performance this year that breaks every record was made and still continue to increase. Well the bitcoin is unstoppable. Its increasing day by day. There is much time left before new year start and the price is increasing My prediction is it will change there speed gear and the price will reach up to 50,000$ per btc by next year end.  But we should not forgot about the forks. As what i see right now, Bitcoin has been reached 17418.99 US Dollar (USD) or equivalent to 875567.50 Philippine Peso (PHP) and compare to the past days, it reached 900k PHP. $25,000 is a good, more conservative value to go with. The recent roller coaster was really just announcing to the world that this is something serious. It's about to get a little more controlled now that it's being "released" to the main US population. I know because I've been trying for months for people to pay attention, and after the past few days, my facebook inbox has been blowing up with people asking me to tell them more about this Bitcoin that I have been talking about.

We have our own perception on how high bitcoin will go next year. On my opinion, I would say It will bubble up by $25,000 but still depends the demand of users and investors throughout the world. Same as the user mentioned bitcoin is completely unstoppable and unpredictable. I'm not sure how high or low bitcoin will go by the upcoming year. With the growth that has happened till year, I made myself a calculation and predicted the price to be above $40000 by the year end. As it is completely technology backed, anything could happen and let's hope for the growth.

During the next year, surely the price will be on the top of all cryptocurrency. but I guess that in the first months the price will grow so rapidly, it will be probably over of 30k in 1st February 2018, and subsequently there will be a small diminution.
Then in some period of time, the price of bitcoin will become so powerful maybe over 60K.

I think next year Bitcoin's price will be double that of the current price. It's not impossible if we keep in mind the recent development of the price. I think it is entirely possible that bitcoin reaches something between 30k and 40k it is going to do it just out of inertia, so it is not like we need any kind of special reason to reach that price.
