The phrase "Nothing is Impossible" perfectly suits with bitcoin. We as the bitcoin lovers expected that 15K will be achieved very shortly and it achieved more faster then we expected. And about 30k-40k confidently saying anytime it can be achieved. Only thing I expect with bitcoin is every stage it has to sustain and then it should increase.

With the current price move it is easily reachable. Same time it has got more complications, right now most of the altcoins were low in value and trying hard to get back the value increase. Trading with bitcoin provides profit, whereas with altcoins there is no more profit. Large number of prediction from experts too were rolling out and among that Saxo bank president has stated that it'll reach $60k or more at the earliest by 2018. But, need to be careful as it will get lowered to the production cost of $1000 with the market activities of China and Russia.

Im not kinda sure, but saying the year of 2018, there is no certain period of month it would happen. There is a great possibility before the year 2018 ends. But as of now, speculations that $13k will be reach until next year 1st quarter is now achieved, based on this it will be possible to happen.

I think we can see BTC price up to 30k $ the next year. Yeah, BTC supply is limited but it could be strong trend to alts the next year

Although Bitcoin has a strong development recently. But I think that it is just a pump at few moments before the hard forks. After that, Bitcoin price will fall down quickly back to about $14000. So, In 2018, I think it can go to about $25000.

It is just what I wanted to post. 30K to 40K may be achieved this month itself, provided the futures listing in CBOE / CME goes as per the plan. Th exchange rates can rise to stratosphere, and then to exosphere once NASDAQ starts Bitcoin futures trading in Q2 2018.

If you want a real answer I think we're going to be waiting on there to be a pump to $50k over the next year, but it is possible so don't take my word as gospel. I'm waiting to see a dramatic correction before Bitcoin takes off in that direction, but it might take a little while for it to actually get around and correct itself. There's no point in trying to believe in rises that high without some natural corrections, and implying that it will ever get to that point is less-than-realistic.

My bullish answer is that we'll get there easy peasy within 2018. But that is something to take with a grain of salt.

Seriously, I also waiting for the "massive correction" (the definition of "massive correction" is at least retrace up to 50% of the previous ATH) Somehow, I didn't see any huge correction until now...

Maybe, this situation will happen in 2018?!

Well, I am expecting some new all-time high levels in the next year but I do see a huge correction before it. The price surge at its best at this point and might cross $20K but now a correction is the only solution for Bitcoin to sweep away greedy investors and focus on the utility value of Bitcoin. I think bitcoin will be trailing at $25K to $50K throughout the year with several ups and downs but in the long run, I am bullish about it.

i think we will end 2017 with an unbelievable price record which is possibly above $20k to begin with and in 2018 $40k is just a small 2x rise so i say it is possible but the problem is, when price is rising like this, meaning too fast and with no proper correction, a bubble is forming up.
you can see me say there is no bubble all year long to everyone who called it but now this is all different. up to $8000 and even until $10,000 it was a solid rise, even though it seemed big and fast to many. and that is what always stays because it has a strong support behind it. but ever since $10,000 the price is getting crazy. this in my opinion is more of a panic buying instead of a solid rise. and this kind of rise is not known to stay for long.

Yes for sure if the bitcoin is going at this rate then it can able to hit $40K in 2018,but nothing in the crypto world is ups and down,the recent price increase made a feel in me like the price of bitcoin will crash soon,maybe it will falls to $10K.So I think it is not a better to time to invest on bitcoin we will have bitcoins for cheap price in few more weeks,if your are a long term investor then it is no problem for you because the bitcoin price will hit moon in few more years.

$20,000 is a strong support on 2018 as there are experts and well known personality that started to predict and that will make the price of bitcoin increase since they are attracting more people to get involved with bitcoin. I do believe that there is a chance that we will se $30,000 and of course better at $40,000. But don't get stuck with these prices cos there is a chance that it can grow more.

I think you might be correct by that prediction you have right there mate, because masses really determines the value of bitcoin and as more and more people are longing to have bitcoin to themselves it would pumped more rapidly. But what if whales would dump before it gets to that price? But I am positive that bitcoin would pumped up even more than that as I see from its potential and usage in the future.
