HASHFLARE Error 1015?

I just signed up for Hashflare and I am getting an Error 1015.  What is this?  Why am I getting it?  I'm not running any bots and I rarely trade much

Rate limiting is a CloudFlare security feature against DDoS attacks. For some reason you're being viewed as malicious DDoS traffic.
If the problem doesn't resolve itself after a few hours try restarting your router/modem to get a new IP address.
if the problem still persists contact them at support@hashflare.io and they'll be able to help you much better than us here.

That didn't work.  I am still locked out.  I emailed support, but I emailed them before with no response.  Is hashflare a fraud?!

Be sure, not to login into pishing site and try to remember your correct password. It seems, that they wont let reset password. The support is awful slow. I had to wait for weeks for my last support ticket.

Don't reinvest anymore. They will probably turn into scam.
