HODL is a term derived from a misspelling of "hold" that refers to buy-and-hold strategies in the context of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

HODL means dnt sell off your coins until the market is at low, For example if you purchased a coin at 500 satoshi and it went downhill after your purchasing then avoid selling in panic, hold your coin and wait till the price goes up, then sell in profits. Hold as long as you can even in the profits. Until you sees okey with the profit you are taking back home.

If im not mistaken the term HODL was not intentionally created or mispelled by some one
misspelled result in HODL term instead of HOLD.
that means to hold your cryptocurrency or dont sell even the market is in red days or crashing moment..

Hodl is one of the jargons in the crypto world and it means to HOLD on to your coins for a while and not sell.
