BTC Unconfirmed For 24 Hours (Anybody can accelerate?)

Wassup guys, I'm trying to send some BTC over and it's been stuck unconfirmed for a little over 24 hours. I see there are a couple miners on here who've been accelerating people's transactions I was wondering if anybody would be generous enough to accelerate mine. If you're able to PM me or leave your wallet address here I'll tip you what I have left over for doing it for me thanks guys here's the TXID

(I imagine my transactions and sat/b is normal but could you guys confirm that this transaction looks ok to me or do I need to just start paying higher fees? I understand that with the popularity of BTC now that this is probably going to be a continuing issue =/.)

EDIT: On Electrum I always set the fee-regulator at maximum. Until now it has gone always through. Any suggestions for the future?

Do you know how much time this will take? I wanted to spent this btc on altcoins and most of the altcoins are going up at the moment
