Next Time Arbidex, be professional. Don't state and promised dates of distribution if it will not be really done.
It's better to give an announcement about why distribution isn't happening yet rather than giving dates and still no distribution happened.

Why didn't you post the form link here instead of letting us have to find it somewhere in the middle of the page of your original post ?You post new rules, write about twitter and else and then in the middle of nowhere tada... a form !
