The bitcoin price is halving right now and after bitcoin, it is very likely for the Ethereum price to start halving as well.

that is good advise from big investor, you can apply that advise to your investment so you dont invest all your money in one asset (even bitcoin)

You should not buy any coin (not important ETH, LTC, XRP etc.) with all your money. If you want to hold only one coin, just only focus on Bitcoin.
If you want to invest in alt coins, diversity is important. Divide your money five to 10 altcoins. For more secure investment focus on top ranked coins with good projects + LTC.
If you are looking for high profit with high risk, you can focus on low ranked coins.

Yes, ethereum may be a superior product to the altcoins behind, but even if it has such advantages, buying ethereum with all our money is still impossible when it makes us too dependent on the rise of ethereum whereas if we only need to have a scattered distribution on the top altcoin, profit opportunities will be more, it may not be as high as a one-time victory with ethereum but it brings continuous and long-term profit. The all-in-one trend is no longer applicable now as the game is not just focused on the top 5 altcoins.

I highly agree that still much profitable buying in top 10 on CMC before but today it really depend if the value will rise up since currently the msarket is in down trend and we don't know when it will recover.

And there is a speculation that the value of bitcoin might go down and that time we can take advantage by buying in cheap.

buying ethereum in 2020 is a bad idea. I agree if you want ethereum, now is the right time. it is likely that the price of ethereum will rise at that time, and buying it when the price goes up is not a good idea, and is quite risky. analysis and speculation say that ethereum prices could be at $ 300 by the end of the year, so the difference with current prices is quite far. so buying it at the moment will save a few dollars, but this is still speculation.

Depends how much you’re looking to invest. If it’s a large amount I would buy quarter to half now and dollar cost average the rest. Tether could crash the price of crypto but I expect that not to last too long. Buy each Saturday or Sunday depending which day dips. however, Personally, I think that now there is a once in a lifetime opportunity to invest all in ETH because the price is super low. ETH's price is gonna jump to sky highs after Constantinople fork and proof of stake implementation. By buying ETH now you have the opportunity to invest in promising ICOs by paying less money than you would do if ETH was up.

Never ever make any mistake of going all in into any business be it offline business or online business. I agree with you, not intending to doubt eth trust in the market but it would be better if Distributing funds for other coins in your portfolio. in my mind if putting funds on one coin then the risk will be greater, if the price of a dump then you do not have other investments so consider it well
