If another user refuses to remove my personal info (for example, my tx id's, bitcoin address, or physical address) from a post, but instead asks for money to remove it, is that against the forum rules?

Somebody has tried this on me and I don't think its fair, I've done it back to them because I don't see any rules against this.

EDIT: A mod has informed me its OK to post others info, so you can ignore this question. Thanks guys!
