Am not 100% certain what you mean by constantly checked. Are you referring to the KYC form where you have to enter your details? If that is so, we are legally required to do this to safeguard yourself and MoxyOne from any fraudulent  activities.

so the wallet and debit card not only for this token, wich mean in the wallet will be available another crypto address, such as bitcoin, eth, dash and manymore or just eth with all ethereum tokens inside ? please correct me if i'm wrong

That is absolutely correct, apart from issuing our own debit card we are working on building an infrastructure where other cryptocurrency companies can easily use and provide debit cards as well. The MoxyOne debit card will support all partner tokens starting initially with ERC20 supported tokens.
