yes there is this one - TENX which is operated by VISA prepay
i believe they have a good backing and people are actually receiving their physical cards and spending with them.

Credit card to bitcoin exist. For example, card wallets: Xapo or Bonpay but it seems to me that it is not profitable. Very large maintenance costs of these cards and the Commission. I don't see any reason now to use these cards. Perhaps in the future the situation will be clarified and used to use will decrease. Now cheaper and more convenient to use a Fiat.
