The banks are afraid and they may take some serious steps to ban or atleast limit the cryptocurrency because people are investing more in them and the banks will soon be effected significantly.

I mean banks are financial entities that themselves could invest on any and all crypto currency with the deposits they have and earn off of it. Since crypto currency is on the rise so too can banks capitalize on it for gain. Because, well let's be honest banks are businesses and money is a god for them

I think banks are afraid of digital currency and they should be because with the use of digital currency the use of banks will reduced slowly and gradually because keeping your money doesn’t cause any serious charges or tax while bank does, so that’s why people use digital currency rather than keeping their money in banks. Banks can survive along with digital currency but the fact is that its use will be reduced by the people.

Afraid probably isn't the correct word to use here. Wary would be more fitting. Banks control a lot of major governments in this world and thr emergence of crypto would definitely get their attention but not enough to instill fear. Yet. Wait until crypto adoption grows then let's see

Every customer of bank get security because there is law that protect their money. And among these investors are majorly account holders in various banking institutions, this have made the bank to make a pronouncement , warning its customers to beware of cryptocurrency. Banks arent afraid of cryptocurrency . It even help them increase their profit. Have you taught how crypto coins are acquired. Most exchanges requires bank transfers before they sell you crypto currency, so why should banks be afraid while they make money through fees.

They certainly will lose their power. Once people will see that cryptocurrency has more benefits and gives you the power over your money, the banks will be shaken and they will do everything to manipulate the fall of crypto. That's why the banks are against crypto currency because it cripples them of their power.
