In 2015(when I applied the code) they even used to allow non KYC customers to withdraw/transfer bitcoins.
 
I applied for verification today so that I can withdraw them but then after few hours I got this message.

Clearly they changed the T&C, 2 years after I used my promo.So I am left with 27 days for verification.
Opening scam accusation against them, will update with the link.
