China is a 20% supply holder of BTC. but the Government forbids ICO. possible to protect Investors from fraud.

   For now I think Switzerland is one of the best countries for ICO.

   Look into that area.

 

I heard singapore is also a crypto friendly and so is Dubai

Georgia is one of the best.
It allows cryptocurrency, you can open your company in 1 hour, country is super safe,  it also has free trade zone so you can avoid government taxes if you have income from foreign countries.

Put your ICO on "Japan and Philippines", they highly supports cryptocurrency.
But, America, China, Vietnam and Russia it can not anymore.
They's central bank is prohibiting the use of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in payments.

You can do it any Country if your business complies with their laws and regulations.My personal opinion would be Russia.Lot of ICO's are based out of Russia if you have noticed.That also means you have a fierce competition and need local contacts to set your office offshore.
Again it depends on what your ICO does,if it something related to Gambling/Adult Swing the rules will be entirely different.

For now yes it still possible on Philippines since Bitcoin isn't really too big on here not like just on Japan on which it did really regulate and adopted it fully.I would say its better to make crypto-related business on japan or on other countries which adopted bitcoin fully without any strict compliance because those would really be the sweet spot.Never ever go to those countries which do ban or tried to prohibit bitcoin because you would really have a serious problem and its not possible to execute your plan there.

Japan and India are two must cryptocurrencies friendly countries to lunch and ico project as this two countries has a great potential for cryptocurrencies development. China could have been recommended but the government, especially the current regulations agency are not dispose to cryptocurrencies development and their have come up with alot of law to criminalize cryptocurrencies activities and investment.

Maybe Japan, but I doubt India. They are still in the gray area, so we don't know if by sudden turn of events they will banned bitcoin or crypto or ICO just like China did. As opposed to Japan who have already embrace bitcoin like their own. Taiwan is a good options as well as they are very open about crypto. Switzerland if you are in Europe and Estonia somewhere between Russia. There is one thread that I replied asking info for India though, maybe he is opting to open ICO there. ICO's are also a way to earn for the government, so I guess if you are going to open to a crypto friendly country, I'm sure you will get an approval in an instant.

As per the news that I have followed so far Japan, Switzerland, Philipines and Russia are big supporters of cryptos

Slovenia made its first 100% compliant ICO few days ago. All 4 regulatories oppened green light and Slovenia is now European country with full ICO friendly legislation/rules.
As phisical person you evan do not have tax on crypto gains. I think Slovenia is one of interesting ones...

China and Japan must indeed be a paradise for bitcoin to judge from the great number of crypto which are manufactured there.
Unfortunately, the news was disappointing.
China didn't like putting Bitcoin in its country, it`s the same as Russia and America.

Japan, Switzerland, Australia are some of the countries that are very friendly to cryptocurrency projects. However you still have to do your own due diligence when choosing the countries.
You could ask questions like whether your project is needed and whether it would be appreciated and accepted. If the country doesn't need your project, it might as well be a waste of time establishing there.

I advise  Republic of georgia,In this  country you can create your firm like LLc or another only in a few minutes without any documents .the price of this service is symbolic and the main reason is ,that,there are not strict regulations about ICO projects if you do this within law,you have a free space and You are free to do business.Also if you  have already a company in your country you can create a branch(Documents would be necessary in this situation)by submit application about this.
