Bittrex absurd understanding of the services!!!

Negative comments read by another service consumer.  I will stay away.  Also, they had private data leaked in form of passports. Not good.

I opened the ticket, but nobody cares. I do not trust those services, but I have no idea how to solve this. I have money on my account. But I can not do anything.

I don't know what is the reason, but this is a typical situation for many exchanges and e-wallets. You or receive no response at all or get a standard reply that your ticket was in the next days or hours will be considered. Probably they are not interested in user issues. Your account is still there. Always need to vote with their feet.

Now, i am worried. i do have an account with Bittrex and have money there. I am now considering on transferring to another exchange. What is the best exchange? if not the best then close to it. Any recommendation?

Perform account approval before passing elsewhere. Otherwise they can always do the same problems.

Move funds to your wallet and use several exchangers. That is for my experience the best way to avoid being scammed. Little amounts mostly are handled smooth by exchangers. So I never had any problem with Bittrex, Poloniex, Bitfinex, Cryptopia and more.
The best exchanger was novaexchange. Even their close was handled customer friendly and correct with great support. So sad, that they will close.

Above guy got 2000 usd for helping a guy who was seeking support  services !!!

1. Bittrex acts on Slack channel requests .
2. Access to Slack channel is only for old users of Bittrex .
3. All you need to do is create a support ticket and ask above guy to post this "PLEASE SOLVE REQUEST ID ######" on Slack channel of Bittrex.

this has been going for like 2 months now , bittrex is literally the worst crypto exchange these days
even some people in slack gets banned for asking them for help , also it seems that raging in twitter isn't helping at all too
so basically it seems that they don't care anymore  yet we still see some people keep using them

seems all have problems with bittrex firts was polo now bittrex what is going on ,why they all start to do this ,i thought Bittrex is great but with time see there is no great exchanges must be careful with all.

I have not got an idea what to do yet. But a large stock a very bad image of such irresponsible acts.
This problem can not be solved as long as they are not manually uploaded in verification.
There is no other way to wait than wait.
