Telegram campaign – 5%
Facebook campaign – 10%
Twitter campaign – 10%
Instagram campaign – 10%
Bitcoin Talk signature and avatar campaign – 10%
BitcoinTalk Community management – 15%
Translations campaign – 20%
Blogs and media campaign – 20%
i mean how much points per tweet, retweet, like etc. (or per day/week)
For example in your Signature:
+ Junior Member: 3 Points / day
+ Member: 4 Points / day
+ Full member: 5 Points / day
+ Senior member: 8 Points / day
+ Hero member: 12 Points / day
+ Legendary member: 16 Points / day

I think it's quite clear what is required for each campaigner to do to fulfil the bounty - see initial Bountypost.
Every week a participant fulfills the requirements, s/he gets a cross in the bounty sheet.
At the end of the ico, all fulfilled weeks by all participants are added and the bounty amount (eg 10% for Facebook), is shared on a pro rata basis.
In the case of bitcointalk managers or campaigners, the share is done with a second weighting based on membership level too.
