Remember to buy a coin that you can actually use and is cheap to use, so you don't need to have to convert it all the time to something else which just makes you keep paying more fees and creates more hassle.

Good advice agree with you. Now the right time for buy some btc but shouldn't spend all deposit. And hold some fiat for buy btc when it will fall lowest level between 7...10k |

I think if we see the past performance of BTC, then it is the ideal investment for long term. But if you want better stable ROI in less time, then ETH is a good option. With many pending scaling improvements, ETH is sure to rock this year!

You could buy bitcoin now, the price is a little lower now. But you could also wait a little longer, because the price will get lower this month. Bitcoin could drop to 10K, that would be the right time to buy. By March the price will be up again, probably around 30K. It's not a bad idea to buy Ethereum too. This altcoin will grow for sure in this new year.

I started crypto work 6 months ago. I think now is the best time to buy BTC. BTC was stable for a month so it will raise sharply short term. You can buy some BTC and you can invest some altcoins. you can doubled your money next month.

Yes and i think it is a great idea, so far the btc is very unstable but as time goes by it will be stable and it will have a great value, so, for now you can and may invest your money to btc, and that is a good choice

If you can but BTC then go for BTC, otherwise you can just buy Ethereum since it is actually a great one   The popularity of ETH is increasing as well as its value. And I would say that, ETH is the second famous and progressive decentralized cryptocurrency. |

If you are looking for short-term profit, you can still buy bitcoin. When the price decreases buy and when increases sell. If you want to hold for long-term, Altcoin is a better option.

If we look at the graph today, Bitcoins market price is very high which will give you second thought about investing on it or just invest in altcoins instead. But if you just see bitcoin as a potential profit maker for you, then you don't mind the price at all. Besides, Bitcoin can still rise and break its highest market price before at 20,000$. So if you are also thinking of investing in Ethereum, that's also very good idea since Eth is stable and it's commonly used by ICOs today which is a good sign that Eth have still room to bloom. In other words, you better invest on both if you have the money.  |

If i were you i will buying ethereum since the price show rising from the end of last year, and bitcoin doesn't showing any progress of rising.plus bitcoin still be an expensive coin to invest than eth.maybe when bitcoin have down the price more you could invest on it. But now eth will be a good option. |

It would be greedy and say that I would try to invest in both. Bitcoin is somewhat of a bigger investment, and it also needs a bigger capital as well because the price point of bitcoin is way higher compared to other altcoins, including Ethereum. For a short term and lower investment, Ethereum would be the better choice because it's cheaper to invest in, but there is still substantial amount of profit that one can get from it. Also, if buying bitcoin is a good idea, I would say that it always is, it just depends on how much you can shell out to invest. |

Bitcoins are doing Really well.But there is always a risk at Investments.you can't be so sure That's the number one fact of investment. You never know what will happend, nobody does. If we come back to question, I think it is good time. If we check price graph historically we will see that end of every year there were a big drop and then January was increasing month. If same thing will happen this year, then it is time to buy. |

Kinda risky for me nowadays as the current trending aren't on bitcoins anymore, too much news surrounding bitcoins, stories have been told and people are hesitating on its on-going bullish price, which ultimately lead to its downfall. Not to mentioned that tons of big organised trade group would soon or not enough short by lending future bitcoins to slam their holdings hitting it back below 10k, still things are very speculative as they could just reserve things and keep the trend going, but for me the transaction fees and limitation of btc blockchain seriously need some upgrade or its usability would be reduced and just not sufficient to keep wide adaption.
In conclusion, buy ethereum instead xD

I am always suggesting everyone to invest on ethereum coins if they do not have enough capital because it was cheaper than ibtcoins. In my own opinion, It was really not necessary to invest on either both coins because you can work on bounty campaigns to earn coins and start trading or exchange to fiat. |

You should buy bitcoin , maybe one bitcoin is worth $1 Million some day , in case of missing the train , buy bitcoin . Also buy ETH , in case of ETH will take place of Bitcoin some day. |
