I think bitcoin still has a lot of room to grow despite the high price that it has today. It is true that ethereum can also be a good option to diversify your investment portfolio and avoid putting all the eggs in one basket, but despite its advantages and potential the market does not seem to be as enthusiastic with ethereum as it is with bitcoin, so if your interest is to obtain good benefits in the long term without running a lot of risk, the best option is still bitcoin.

it depends on you, if you want to gain the profit, then buy it and hold for a month or longer. it will be good investment in bitcoin, the price will going up again everytime. it caused by many investors are interesting in bitcoin and the holders of bitcoin wont get easy to sell it. buy it now before it goes up again.

Bitcoin price now is really high, so i suggest, think twice before you buy bitcoin. While in ethereum, i think you can buy ETH because the price is not as high as bitcoin. Buying bitcoin now is really risky, you have to invest a huge money.

I believe that in any case, you need to invest your free funds in the crypto currency, in which it is already your choice, I would invest in bitcoin, I have about 40% in bitcoin and the rest in even parts for the remaining coins

Maybe btc can hit a 20k bottom, but don´t expects high profits on this. Try to play with alts, and evacuate to fiats, because btc can fall really hard in every moment.

Do not invest in money you cant afford to lose. Recent happening in blockchain trasactions are indicating that transactions can't be assured safely. BTC is not stable ,increasing sharply while EThereum network is busy. So I suggest you wait for the storm to calm down first.

yes you definitely should buy BTC, but I advise you to wait for a dip then buy as much as you can. Don't forget alts too, there are some that has great potential but are undervalued, you can start with ETH and delve more into other alts. But now is not the best time to buy alts because the ethereum network is congested because of cryptokitties and it's affecting all transactions as of the moment. Hope this helps!

I think it's better to wait when bitcoin prices are dumped. there is news there will be dumped prices of bitcoin in the third week of December. whether this is true or not, just wait.

My personal experience is that every decision that you might take, will be the wrong one. You buy now, price drops, you dont buy now, price goes up more. But to be honest in this situation with the Bitcoin price being out of control, I would not take the risk of buying now. I also still have fiat sitting on the exchange and waiting for the big correction that is desperately needed. But as I said, its always the wrong decision: Im waiting for that correction since BTC was breaking the 5k for the second time somewhere end of december I think.

I think it is still not too late to buy btc though the price seems to be very high. For long term investment, the btc is the symbol of crypto market and it is sure to grow higher.

No, i don't think you should invest in bitcoin currently. Bitcoin's price is very high currently 15,853 dollars currently. There is alot of possibilty that the price may crash as it has increased with a great speed recently. I think you should wait until it's price drops to some extent and then you should invest when you see it's price starting to rise again. If your timing is correct you should probably get a good amount of profit. If you invest now and the price drops significantly you may suffer from loss.
