In my opinion, now is the time to buy Bitcoin, but only in small parts because it is possible that the price of Bitcoin may fall even lower. I am sure that the correction will end sooner or later and market begin to grow.

I have the same assumptions. But I also think that the price may drop again to 6k, after which by the end of the year we will again see big leaps. So far we can only observe/analyze and, if possible - invest in bitcoin.

If bitcoin will fall - altcoins will go down in 2x faster. On the red market, buying altcoins is highly risky.

I agree with you. But for risk diversification you need also buy other coins from your particular investment portfolio -  ether, ripple, bitcoin cash...

Sell or buy BTC

In this time, sell BTC is not recommended.
Because the price is going down again and again, this time is time to hold or buy if you have a much money.
But, if you buy it that right.
You can buy and hold until the market is rocket up again, and i think BTC will hit $20000 in end of this year.

Yes, it is unconditional, surely each crypto of the investor has to have BTC in a portfolio. It is the stablest coin in comparison with all altcoins. BTC is an excellent long-term investment. He surely will grow soon. ETF has to help his growth.
