Bitcoin and ethereum is the top 2 cryptocurrency. So possibly before market and altcoins fully recover. Bitcoin and etheruem must need to stable. Since some altcoins depends in bitcoin and some depends on ethereum.

Yes you  can buy BTC at this 6400$ level because it have good support of 6200-6000 level but at seeing of Ether price of 220$  I think you can also go for Ether because ether is trading at 8 month low price and it have good support of 200$ level and I think this is the bottom for short term for ether. You can buy Ether for 20-25% gain. And if you confused then you can invest your 50% capital in Ether and 50% capital in BTC.
