Due to a number of differences with neteller and their incredibly hands tide support team. I am sad to report to this wonderful community that I will no longer be taking neteller as a form of payment. The issue being that I reported a suspicious transaction to neteller and their reaction was to suspend my account pending review. This review has taken more than 2 business weeks and I have not had any satisfactory reply from neteller as to why my account was frozen and how long the investigation will take.

Their support staff seems to be completely tied down and unable to do anything and tell me that neteller member security is still reviewing the account. I have emailed member security constantly and they have never replied to me.

I have the feeling that this may be link to this issue https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=242705.msg2661445#msg2661445

But I cannot understand why if I was diligent by reporting suspicious transaction they punish me.

Therefore I am sad to report that I am no longer taking neteller as a form of payment.

I hope you guys don't mind me re-visiting this half-year old topic.

vite, would you be willing to share how did this incident ended up? (if it already did) - did Neteller eventually unlocked your account? If so, how long did their "review" lasted?
