I was looking to invest some money on visacoin, but they ended up just scamming everybody in there, and that was probably the last ICO in which i felt really interested

and i am being serious with this, i was in love with visacoin and i was going to invest more than $2000 in there. I am happy because i havent invested a penny, but they scammed everyone

You cannot buy a coin in an ICO,you will get the tokens which will be later converted to whatever depending on the way ICO turns out.

You can buy them using Bitcoins/ETH most of the times but recently they have started accepting Dash/Doge as well.BTC price is highly volatile hence buying using ETH is the recommended way.

there are a lot of good ico and certainly have a great chance. I think all you have to do is just learn every ico you think is good. you should try to learn and investigate, I think this is good for your experience.

INS ico is the best now, invest in it before late. It will probably make at least 2x after ico closes, because there is high demand but people aren't willing to buy it in ico.

They have already raised around 80%!!! I sure that INS will collect 100% very soon. I guess the progress is slowed down a little just because of problems at the ethereum network.
