Closing ArmoryDB cleanly

Is it possible to issue an instruction to ArmoryDB to do a clean shutdown?  Sometimes it doesn't close when Armory-Qt closes.

I am thinking something similar to

bitcoin-cli ... stop

It's a bit complicated. You would have to lift the cookie string from the cookie file then construct the FCGI packet to feed the db with the close command. You can just nuke it, the DB is meant to withstand that.
