There's no such thing as "free bitcoin", you're saying it like "where can I get Free Dollars?"
The right Board to look for those services is:
Services->MicroEarnings where you can find Low-paying Faucets or "Scammy" Mining Pools.
It's up to you to find out which are the legit ones. (you can cram the comments in every thread)
