Whats the best way to go about selling alt coins? Eth btc usd?

Question about trading. Now the btc is dropping and my alt coins are up nice at a great profit...When I sell them i am trying to figure out what I should be converting them to to make the most profit. Just trying to understand the market and trading more in-depth.Any knowledge or input would be greatly appreciated!
