I'm new to cryptocurrency and I start studying this couple month back. Through out, I'm having a annoying 3 question regarding wallets. Appreciate if someone could help me to clarify this.

1. Why does the wallet public address keep changing time to time ?
2. No matter even if it changed, you can use older addresses, then what is purpose of designing them to change time to time ?
3. For how longer can an old public address use after changed to a new address ?

Hi and welcome.

1 - This is to help you keep privacy. But you can use the same address again and again.

2 - some example: If you are service provider (vendor or w/e) you can use address as identifier for your customer (making it easy to check who already paid and who did not )

3 - For ever. Address has no expiration date.

1. It isn't advisable to reuse the same address on receiving transactions as stated here. Mainly it's just for privacy reasons, but again you can still re-use your previous addresses if you so do wish.
2. That is again to further hide your privacy/payment history from anyone.
3. You can use old address instantly if you wish, there are no restrictions to that.

thats a good question made by a newbie,

1-2. every time you use your wallet its usually keep changing for more security purposes, remember bitcoin transaction is anonymous, there are more bitcoin wallets that not have self generated public wallet address so everyone can track how many bitcoin the owners have, so you are lucky to choose a wallet that have self generated public wallet address for more anonymity.
3.you can use it when ever you want, that generated public addresses can be use as long as you want it or not, you can also delete that addresses if you want and change to the another one you like.

Thanks for the answers, my understanding is, since key generating in pairs, each public key having private key. But the private key will be take care of the wallet. There's nothing much for us to do with the private key. Does that correct ?

Privatekey is the key to bitcoins held by associated address ... aka it's very important to keep it safe.
You can use it when you want to start using different wallet or if you want to claim forked coins like BCH and BTG (import or sweep privatekey into another wallet).
