We are all different, and we all experience the risk, and volatility differently. For someone not handling stress too good, I would not recommend to enter this market, or at least do not invest too much, or wait fot the bulls Smiley

No matter. Use your free money only. The best thing that i can say is to not to treat this as a gamble. whenever you invest you are risking some loss but it is definitely not a gamble. Since you should always base your decisions on a well grounded infomation to which you will invest in or to be more specific in choosing coins which you would like to buy. Good luck bro

In my opinion, you should start with a small amount of money and for me $1000 is really enough to start trading altcoins and I'm confident that you can learn very well how to trade altcoins with that amount and off course having a good knowledge about altcoins is very important to start trading  Wink

if you plan on short-term investing is better spent in large quantities. Unless you want to invest in the long term you can spend a small amount but periodically. But the decision it's up to you.

To start, fist think and learn what line are you want to be, trading ,investing or mining. there is no particular amount on how much you should start as "CAPITAL" The golden rule here is not to invest if can't afford to loose. you can also start here with nothing just put some time and effort and you can get some bucks to start up.

There's no ideal number. It's all depend on your resources, you can start trading or investing even with $10 or $100. The main thing here is never invest more than you can afford to lose. Especially, if you don't have enough knowledge and experience in crypto.

there is no minimum or maximum amount in buying altcoins. My advise is if you are a begginer and just would like to test or try buying some altcoins start with an amount that you are comfortable loosing.

Very good advice. But first you need a positive experience. Try to guess the coin that will give you a profit. Good luck!

I remember a few years ago that Bitcoin only reached $ 600-700, I began to study more about it and gradually invested my money. The initial amount was just trying out the activities of this market, so I invested $ 200. Now I think you can do the same thing for me

The first thing you need to do is to accumulate trading experience, so you can conduct small transactions to accumulate experience to avoid greater financial losses.

How much do i need to start trading altcoins. I would like to know what would be the ideal number.

Thanks!

I think if you dont have trading experience - trading is not good for you. Especially on the bear market.
More better is long term investing

If you will work in cryptocurrency world, money is not the first thing you should invest. You can do an effort to gain knowledge and facts; after a while, you can join in different bounty campaigns.

Start as you see fit, no more and no less. Count on your strengths and finances, you do not have to run to take out a loan and try to get rich. Invest free money and not more.

I agree, now there is no such growing market to run and take credit for investing in the crypto currency. Just try to buy altcoins for free money and sell not much more expensive.

I think you should do some simulation trading first. When you have trading skills, you still need to look at the market. You can seriously study the market situation of cryptocurrency since 2013. You will find that there are many times when history is always Is amazingly similar.

I don't think there is an ideal number, you better just use free money to invest in some altcoins, even if you lose a little money, but don't lose all the money you have, the first crypto environment is very easy to change and you never know what might happen in the future.

You don't have to have thousands of dollars to invest. everyone invests according to their means. For some people there can be very little money for 1000 dollars, some people may even be a nice target Wink

You can start with the minimum. For instance, 100 dollars or Euros will be pretty enough for the newbie. Later, when you understand that you love trading, invest in cryptocurrencies much more money.
