Barely a day after South Korea’s Financial Services Commission (FSC) declared a ban on Bitcoin futures, they appear to have softened on another banned area: Initial Coin Offerings.
Yesterday, the financial regulating body on South Korea moved to block Bitcoin futures as established Korean companies started to make noises about their own plans. The move prompted many to think that this was the beginning of tighter regulations on cryptocurrency as a whole within the world’s third-largest trading country.
