Can Bitcoin be ban?

I think it can be because some countries already banned bitcoin like China. They banned bitcoin a few months ago, which I think was a huge mistake. Bitcoin is really good and convenient to have because it is not just profitable it is also convenient to use. It makes transactions easier and faster.

The chance to ban the bitcoin is very rare because countries have a larg benefit from bitcoin, People all over the world invest in bitcoin and other from all over the world work for them online so the workers get paid and thus an amount come to their countries from other countries which make the economy of the workers strong. Therefor there is no chance to ban bitcoin.

If you mean its banned from country, yes it can by making a regulation about it
But banning it from everyone is impossible, people will find a way or another to use it and nothing can stop that

I don’t think so, bitcoin complies all the requirements of the law and follows all codes which gives them a juridical personality to operate; with this they have authority given by the government.
Having this title gives you confidence that you are doing all things right which no one can accuse you to ban.

Bitcoin can actually be banned, in the sense that the governments in question are not in control of it, being that it is decentralized. It can also not be banned when government find a way around it i.e when they eventually find a way to regulate it. But considering the fact that cyrptocurrency is a new innovation, and that the world is fast evolving, i believe governments would embrace the innovation of this currency.

Can Bitcoin be ban?
Surely not,  and in this time  I don't think that there are some  categories  that can smash bitcoin. Moreover, there is a big evolution of bitcoin. And many  classes try to disable it ( Such as some goverments of some countries.)
And they always cannot do it.

It can get officially banned. Like in Venezuela for example, it's illegal and with the recent announcement of launching their own petrocurrency, they might actually take actions against users.

Of course simply banning it is not enough. Aside from shutting down exchanges, they can also shut down mines.

After that, that real battle begins. People would no longer be able to legally use or even exchange bitcoins for fiat so they'll be doing it underground.

it can get banned easily. when the goverment of your country take down local exchanges you can't convert your btc to some real money. of course there is always backdoors but these are not easy to find or easy to dealing. Furthermore most of the people give up cryptocurrencies.

it could be bitcoin forbidden by government regulation .. but it seems that bitcoin big players will definitely negotiate for government policy to handle the bitcoin.
or perhaps the government itself took part in this bitcoin.

Not at this time. At the moment, bitcoin has strengthened its position in advanced countries, rich people have invested in it their finances and now, I think, it is not in their interests to prohibit bitcoin, so no one will forbid it. And personally, I can not think of how to block it.

if governments have the interest from it, i mean if they can also get profit from the earnings by btc, they won't try to intervene much, like regulations. however, more conservative ones would like to control people via taxes on their profit from btc because they don't like things which they cannot control.

There are governments who already ban bitcoins in their country because they are avoiding problems coming from the terrorist because they believe that btc currency is for terrorist to buy guns and drugs online.

Yes, but to stop bitcoin lovers it requires a replacement that can be used as a place to earn the same income.
Answering to the above question, like you have said, yes bitcoins can be banned and if you see there are so many countries where bitcoins are already banned. They don’t want to live the life of an amazing world. They will regret in near future when other bitcoin’s countries would be enjoying the perks of this amazing coin and they will be crying over spilt milk. May they get mind.

Can Bitcoin be ban?

It is absolutely no, thats why some wallets are decentralized in order to keep the government away from handling bitcoin or cryptocurrency. Maybe using bitcoin can be controlled through centralized wallet which is some counties are using is a good idea. But when you say a total ban on bitcoin it is not posible since bitcoin does not exist in real world, cannot be traced and cannot be seen. Banning bitcoin is impossible for sure.

Can Bitcoin be ban?

Absolutely bitcoin can be ban anywhere in the world like in Indonesia and Sri Lanka. The ban will depend upon the government belief of bitcoin like they afraid that it might use it in illegal activities like scam and laundering in which it might ruin their country and put their citizens at risk but if they will just regulate the bitcoin all of these issues will be resolve.

I do not think it's really hard to stop Bitcoin from a country where citizens can still join it in the dark. Everything is absolutely confidential and anonymously so no one knows who you are. In addition, I think Bitcoin helps the economy of a developed country, reducing unemployment, increasing revenue for users, etc. So more and more people join it despite the government has recommended not to participate in Bitcoin

No, Practically and Technically Bitcoin cannot be banned. Only if the whole world stops using tech and goes back to stone age, that might be possible. Also, you can dig this forum for such thousand threads where Why Bitcoin Cannot Be Banned is explained nicely and elaborately.

Can Bitcoin be ban?

Hi there timcheerful1! Yes, it could be banned. Currently there are maybe four countries that banned bitcoin and even all cryptocurrency. The government explain that they banned those technology due to the increasing reports of fraud and their people fall in different fraudulent schemes. Thus to protect their citizen, they intended to banned it. Other country have given warning to their citizen to avoid investing into the crypto due to its unstable price swings. However, that price swings is the one that people (mostly traders) love. Price swings, enable them to buy low and sell high resulting in more profit.  Wink
