Hard work is very necessary for maintaining account here on Bitcointalk. In my opinion there are few things to prevent your account from getting ban although am not very senior
You should make quality post in related forums.
Try not to spam.
Do not hurry in getting/achieving higher rank.
Have patience and study maximum posts.

Don't make in a hurry when posting, some admins or moderators are considering it a spammers even if you're not. Even if you say you are not spammers. Don't make your account in a rush to rank up. It really takes time before you achieve it. Post every more than 30mins interval is the best way. And post constructive post. Go to Beginners & help and from there you will learn a lot.

I think no accounts can be ban if the user follow all the rules and regulations and work with patience and dont disturb the other users so they will give him negative trust etc. If you follow the all then you can work here safely without any problem and can up your rank easily as well.

It would help if you read the rules stickied in Meta, but I'll go out on a limb here and guess you were either banned for copy and pasting or shitposting in off topic to try rank up your account, but without the name of your banned account I can't help you any further.

Im still a newbie here yet a friend of mine who also registered here in bitcointalk adviced me to be patient, wait until you rank up. Just post atleast 4 times a day atleast 1 hour interval. She said also that I should post with a quality post, don't just post because you want to rank up immediately, but post something that can contribute to the forum. She also advise me to read and obey the rules of the forums.

Clearly, 14 of your total posts will be counted as 14 activities every 14 days, so the rest will remain the number of posts.

The quickest method I knew to earn bitcoin is through free claiming on bitcoin faucets but the sad to say, you are only able to get few satoshis per claim. I don't suggest you to try this because this is such a waste of time, much better if you try investing or focus working here in the forum.

Succeeding in a month? I don't think so. But well, your growth still depends in your perseverance and how fast you learn.

As much as possible, post in the Bitcoin Discussion, Economics, Trading Discussiin sections to boost your knowedge about cryptocurrency. Avoid doing what other newbies did, that they use Off Topics as a gateway to increase their activities. Also, have some intervals in posting to avoid being accused as a spammer.

But honestly you should not prioritize posting first, focus in studying since you're still a newbie.

To maintain your account, you just have to play by the rules. Every organization, group, class, union, and even forum just like this bitcoin where we found ourselves has rules guiding the members. So, you just have to abide!

As per rules, don't post copy-paste message, I was banned for a personal message but it was expounded why. Just go to begginers and help you will know all the rules for us newbie. Just one step at a time, don't be in hurry so that you will understand each detail.
