I am good at Photoshop and all Adobe Apps, I can do web development, coding (PHP, HTML CSS, Bootstrap, mySQLi).

Just create a topic in Services section and show all your skills to let other people know about it, don't forget to add the price for your service too. At the start you just need to give away some free time to for other people to try your service and if they feel it's good, they will recruit you for their job. But there are a lot of people are providing the same service so it's really hard to earn with this one if you're not really good.

Services section would be the best board to offer your skills and £5  per hour would really be just small if you did able to get a good work. Those skills are demand on here which do focus on programming and designing skills.Just show up your past works that would really collaborate with you specific skill so that a potential employer would able to see on how good you are on that field.Goodluck buddy

Just post your skills in the services board you can find all kinds of clients there is most of them are always in need for web developer's so your skills are perfectly fine and they prefer magento as a database type so better it's if you have knowledge about it also. Just show your portfolio and the price for your services and you can find a good in no time.

I have experience with the Magento CMS, however for smaller projects I can create a bespoke CMS + Admin backend using AJAX, PHP, MySQLi and PHPMyAdmin
