One gpu keept crashing after some time so i replaced the riser and now the os crashes into these two screens.  Sorry for bad picture quality it was impossible to get a good shot at the screen.

From what i understand there is a watchdog error with the cpu and it is timing out for 22 sec. The second one is something about polaris 10 voltage, assuming this is the gpu since it has polaris bios. Also had other screen i didnt get picture of stating there was a voltage leak but it was not patched

All i find online is about the psu being bad or to much oc but this happens with the cards at stock too. Its only one of the cards, atleast it was before i replaced riser. Now i dont know since it goes to other screens right after the same gpu crashes, I can see its hashrate decrease and then it goes to the screens in link.

Have anyone else had this problem?  Huh
All cards are flashed the same way and have been running same clocks for days stable

Setup
ASRock H110 Pro BTC+
4 Sapphire Radeon RX 570 8GB Nitro+
