what do you mean ?

do you mean, that your tx have not been confirmed ?
if thats the case. then its because there are lots of pending tx on the network., only the higher fees tx gets confirmed in current situation.

i hope this helps.

What kind of wallet are you using I am not quite getting what is the real problems seems like your wallet is saying that you are going to receive certain btc but this balance isnt spendable because transaction hasnt got enough confirmations. Please try to explain the problem more and name the wallet you are using so someone could help.

If you downloaded a trustworthy wallet your funds (as long confirmed) should be instantly usable.
You may try to look in the transaction history to find your ingoing BTC's and look for the transaction ID.
Then you can lookup this transaction in a blockexplorer (e.g. https://blockchain.info) and check its status (unconfirmed / confirmed).
If you can't access any further transaction details in your wallet it might be a malicious application.
Like the others already mentioned, the name of the app would be pretty helpful.
