GLBSE - Lost Bitcoins

New here, but i didnt know where to go, for the last 5 years i have been trying to get my coins back from GLBSE and have been sent around in circles regarding who has them. I have a code that i had been given to redeem my lost coins since the website shut down. But it seems either noone redeems it, or i someone blames the other. Can someone please help me as this will mean a lot to me and my family.
