There are Many Hard Fork up comming.
*Bitcoin Platinum Hard Fork. It is expected to fork off the original Bitcoin protocol on 12 of December at 500000 block
*Super Bitcoin Hard Fork. It should go live at block 498,888 approximately on 15 of December.
*Bitcoin Uranium Hard Fork. It is scheduled to take place on the New Year’s Eve – 31 of December.
*Bitcoin Cash Plus Hard Fork It is scheduled to take place on January 2 in 2018 at 501407 block.
But most importantly Will any of these coming Hard Forks result in free coins for those holding Bitcoin.
I guess all these hard forks are also signifying a split from its original code so I guess there will be free coins when all these hard forks are implemented. But of course, at the end of the day, it is not a matter of whether such forks will provide free coins or not, because there are always exchanges and wallets that do not support one, or some, or all of the mentioned forks. And then we do not know yet whether such forked coins will acquire a significant value.
