is not now found on my electrum. This is really weird. I hope someone will help me to accelerate this transaction.

As I'm aware Electrum doesn't allow double spend. If you didn't enable 'replace-by-fee' when sending the 1st transaction, you can't increase the fee later on.
Your double spend most probably got detected by the Electrum server.
Also you 2nd transaction with 44 satoshi/byte fee is also way too low, you should have sent with at least 350sat/byte.
If accelerators don't work.

You can try to create a new transaction with at least 350sat/byte and double spend, but this time get the raw hex of the transaction.

Manually rebroadcast using pushtx on these websites:
https://coinb.in/#broadcast
https://insight.bitpay.com/tx/send
https://blockchain.info/pushtx
https://blockexplorer.com/tx/send
https://coinb.in/#broadcast
https://www.localbitcoinschain.com/tx/send
https://webbtc.com/relay_tx
https://www.smartbit.com.au/txs/pushtx
https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/pushtx/

You will probably get rejected on some of the nodes because of detected double spend, but there is a chance that the transaction may go through as well.

I mean the new transaction with much higher fee, never mind. The congestion has decreased with 50% now, I think you will get away with 300sat/byte.

it cannot be found on the blockchain, which is very weird.
Then i tried paying with the parent which leads to this tx id

Thats because Electrum detects them as double spend, and reject to propagate to other nodes.
You have to manually broadcast, and hope that you hit the right node that accept the double spend.

The transaction you sent with higher fee 44sat/byte, wasn't really high enough.

man 5 sat/byte ,  isn't gonna help.

The median is 226sat/byte, if you make a new transaction with 330 sat/byte and broadcast manually, it should go right through .
Bow down to the almighty Electrum!

If you don't want to pay high fee.
Ask them to accelerator for you.

UPDATE: First transaction is NOW GONE.
When i tried looking it on the blockchian.info here is what i found
Transaction rejected by our node. Reason: Transaction was previously accepted but has been pruned from our database.

Second and Third tx can now be found on the Blockchain.info
So i guess, i will proceed to the last two tx. I hope it will get confirmed to day.

Two both of your transactions have been sent with very low fees(44.843 sat/B for the first transaction and 5.208 sat/B for the second). I think this transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/61466e7e35a5a07572863a4224a2bea5ca3d51b63bc407c227c7c7bb98c6510e would be rejected by blockchain network.
Please use recommend fees whenever you send bitcoin (use blockchain.info to know how much recommend fees you must pay to get confirmation ) or use other coins ( as ETH, LTC ) to save your money when you don't want to pay more fees for the network.

The second transaction was the transaction generated when i tried using the "Child Pays to Parent" option on the Electrum.

At the present, the mempool size of Bitcoin is very high https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions
Blockchain has more than 150000 Unconfirmed Transactions. With 5.208 sat/B transaction fees, I think your transaction will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list confirmed.
