Sorry you are right.. I have two cards per box.  1400khs per card.

I'm able to easily tune them to 2800khs per card mining Litecoin.
      Even  2800 hash / s for 1 x 7990?! You thought maybe 2 x 7990 = 2800 Khash/s?
