Some time ago I changed my timezone so I went back to Profile> Look and Layout Preferences and I found this:

Yes, this is the one. paraipan misunderstood your question.

You can also look at the time in the top-right corner and subtract your offset.

Forum time is UTC IMHO.
Wouldn't it be clearer / better understood to say UTC than Forum time?
