Google Spreadsheet to manage and automate your Crypto Fund

I have faced with the lack of tool to manage my own small family crypto-investment fund.
The main problem was in complexity to calculate all shares of investors properly, especially in the conditions of constant input and withdrawal of funds.

I decided to build a special Google Spreadsheet which helps to organize and manage your own small fund (thanks to google apps script language) with internal token issuance. All Fund's internal processes as automated as possible and as transparent as possible.

Functionality:
• Internal Token Issuance to account all shares of your investors properly (like Satoshi Pie);
• Easy entrance and withdrawal in any cryptocurrency with one-click automatic calculations, tokens emission/redeem and recording of operations on the Issuance tab;
• Easy management of your fund's cold wallets/exchange storages. Automatic balance synchronization for Poloniex, Bittrex, Liqui, HitBTC, Binance, Kraken, KuCoin, Bitstamp
• Real-time exchange rates for 1200+ crypto and 32 fiat currencies. 5 different sources of data + function to get a median price;
• Tab to account all investor's shares, balances and profit stats;
• Accounting of "Success fee";
• Accounting of Entrance/Redeem/Referal fee with customization;
• Asset Scoring model;
• Tab for rebalancing calculations with Telegram notifications for "Timing" and "Deviation" approaches;
• Easy way to create a "public" version for your fund's spreadsheet and setup automatic synchronization between private and public spreadsheets;
• Automatic Triggers to get "custom-text" notifications about any custom event in your Spreadsheet to your Telegram chat, group chat or channel

1. API Balance synchronization for Binance and HitBTC added
2. SuccessFee is automatically calculated for specific period (from and till date)
3. Internal tokens transfer functionality added. Now you can just send tokens from one client to another.
4. Quick 3rd currency change. Change only one cell - all others will apply automatically

Bugs fixed:
- Price function =ticker is improved. Now it more pretty and try to get price directly from bittrex, if no - from cryptocompare, if no - from coinmarketcap, if no - from cryptonator. For example: prices for RDN and AST is working correctly now
- Exchange balance sync is enhanced
- Performance K column bug is fixed
- Minor code optimizations

I love Excel, I still use it. But when people have online portfolio systems, they do not want to use excel. For this reason, especially old investors will use excel. You also designed excel very useful.

For this there have a app i use for me. Its BLOCKFOLIO.
You can download it from google playstore. After installing just you have to add the token name and details like which exchange you use to trade this, what was the buying price etc. It will give you every update incluiding all exchanger trading ret and its easy to use too.

I've been doing this a long time ago, storing portfolios in spreadsheets and data on spreadsheets is so helpful to access them anytime, even we can see the data we have created some sheets ,, I think it's worth trying

To avoid synchronization of small amounts (dust) in the spreadsheet - now you can set a minimum USD balance that must be synced from exchanges.

Added multiple balance sync from the same exchange.

Now you can setup any number of accounts (API keys pair) for the same exchange. For example three account for Binance, two accounts for Kraken, etc
And synchronize all accounts in one total balance

Google spreadsheet is really good is usable for this kind of managing a crypto fund, it is likely the same as the Microsoft Excel they are really usable especially with managing your fund and with some offices works. You can save all your record inside it. It can also compute with its own as long as you know how to use it just like Excel.

Fixes caused by Coinmarketcap API changes.
The completely new and reliable mechanism of getting the median price from six sources.

1. The "ticker" function firstly retrieve data from: binance, okex and cryptocompare.
2. If none of them returns data, the script tries to get data from: kucoin, bittrex and coinmarketcap (new api version)
3. If none of them returns data - the ticker function will return 0
