Hello everybody
Sorry for my English

How do you hear that you can not have multiple accounts and more than this to log in to your account from different gadgets or computer specialists is it true?

Your English is very poor so I'm not sure to having understood your question well. Anyway having multiple accounts is not forbidden on this forum, although there are some mods that don't like this practice.
If you're asking if you can log in on any device you like, of course you can! But keep in mind this forum does not have a mobile version so it is far better to log in on your computer and not on your smartphone.

Thank you for answering my question.
I'm currently on the tablet
And another question, I realized that I can create 2-3 accounts and log in from one PC or tablet
and thus I will not violate the rules of the forum ??

There are no official rules restricting a person from multiple accounts. It is only the community members that refrain from such activities because it increases spam.
I do not promote such activities, and I assume that you would be doing so as to join signature campaigns. But remember, if you get caught with your alt accounts you would be banned from the current and future campaigns !

Well, how can these companies calculate my IP address? Is it possible to advertise one company from several accounts. How does this affect the company? and one more question. can I buy or sell an account officially? by forum rules

*sigh*..

They usually look at your post history and the adresses you used, to see if there's any correlation between them. It is actually fairly easily to distinguish how someone types aswell, although i don't think this technique is often used.

Depends on the campaign, but usually not. If they find out you will probably be banned from said campaign. ( and tagged for abuse)

How does this affect the company?

Gives them a bad reputation and generally a lower level of post quality from their members.

Yes, you can, but it is highly frowned upon, and will usually earn you a nice red trust from DT2 + DT1.
