i mean, it's around 200+ blocks away and their targetted 12-12-17 fork but they dont have wallet, mining pool or exchange confirmed.

Just checked the website and details for it. Looks like they are going to give away 1:100 ratio of the BTC:BitcoinHot. The prices would be pretty good and best opportunity for those free goodie seeker who are always there to get ready for such free stuff. The give away is similar to other forks and no official date is yet published. The wallet and exchangers are not listed yet but they are claiming that it can be brought to any exchanger once it is official. So I think we don't have to worry about our bitcoin and as per the experience from last dozens of Bitcoin fork this will also be same coin with all the hypes and sucks everywhere. No target and nothing it is juts another bullshit thats all I know.

There'll be one on the12th and another in january. The developers are using bitcoin in a form of a fork to launch their coin. Bitcoin fork is the new ico. And for us, oh well, free money. Thank you.

I always been interested to new coin which result from forking but after seeing this coins not been much attractive to other people I don't care anymore. Anyway's having coins with few bucks in value fo free is not bad..

You're probably not going to be getting the coins from a shitcoin like this, as you're not going to want them plus the fact that you'd have to use your private key to get them. So unless you want to put your ENTIRE Bitcoin wallet on the line, then you're probably not going to do something like this for NEGLIGEABLE amounts of money.

I'd avoid all of these, and if everyone in the community did the same then people would stop.

It's a obvious scam and kudos to people who actually are going to believe in it.  Never heard of bithot ever to be honest and the fork is in two days, no advertising, no shit, just fork is going to take place on 12.12.2017,ain't that wonderful. Hey, useless wannabes out there, you might get free money, go after it. Opportunity of a lifetime for you people. At least you'll stop spamming in signature campaigns for a while.

It is just a matter of taking the free tokens and trading them into something else.
The forking does not seem to affect bitcoin itself and as said it may in the end become a pointless excersize because of no adoption

This. All we care is to get all this airdrop and then BOOM drop it like its HOT and take the profit to buy more bitcoin. I also don't care what's will all the fork that going on. But if we are all gonna get free coins, then why not? All this so called "variants' of bitcoin will not live that long. We all know that what they really want is to pump it, bring some newbies to it and then dump it hard. And those newcomers are now trap and can't get out without risking a lost. So just be careful and not fall for it.

1:100 are they crazy or what? Is this some kind of advertisement so that a lot of investors would patronize this coins? It they don't have a wallet and the coins can be trade, then its just another token, nothing else. Yeah, all hype but sucks in the end. But let us give them their 5 minutes of fame, that's all what they are asking anyways.
