Needed Someone To Finish A Paypal Transaction , He Pmed And I Sent The Money First Then He Stopped Responding

What do you mean "Finish a paypal transaction"? It sounds like you were using a middleman for a paypal trade and there are usually nefarious reasons for that. You should submit a Paypal complaint, as they are probably the only people who can help you now.

Basicly I Want Someone To Pay For Some Digital Games Since They ( The Site ) Doesn't Accept Bitcoin,He Hasn't Perform This And Also Refuse To Return My Money
