There should be an antivirus software that just concentrates on bitcoin viruses & trojans etc...also it could be a central repository for reporting stolen coins

I don't think so... There are no need for any special software to protect bitcoin (people have to use their brain instead). All the possible products concentrated on bitcoin viruses & trojans looks like scam on first sight...

People are working on an easy way for amateurs to secure their wallets. That's what we need, and I suspect will be released very soon.
Pretty much the same as your suggestion, just a different product

Version 0.4 will allow for wallet encryption, and standard anti-virus will protect against any viruses, there is no need for a specialized anti-virus program just for Bitcoins.
