This sort of site is always suspicious, and there is always a catch. I take it that they pay you for clicking links or following advertisements? It might work, however from a quick search it looks like the minimum payout is 0.15 btc, worth approximately $2,244. Outside of bitcoin, these sort of sites pay like 0.01 cent per click, so it would take a quarter million clicks before you could withdraw funds.

They were indeed "4+ years online", they initially used the domain coinad.com (which turned into an ad network).
Anyway, it seems bitsforclicks closed, it redirects to a faucet now.
