Convert seed for recover into my Trezor

Hi,
 in 07/2017 I generated my wallet (and my seed) through Electrum wallet and at the moment I need import the wallet to my Trezor but unfortunately the Trezor does not support transfer protocol which was generated my seed. Is there any posibility how to ,,convert,, my seed to the usable version for Trezor?

You can't import an already existent wallet in your Trezor device.

Create a new wallet in Trezor and move all your coins from your old one to your new one.
